Scope of Services. Through this Site, ProAlign TV Mounting markets and arranges TV Mounting, TV Installation, TV Dismounting, TV Relocation, TV Cable Concealment, Sound Bar Installation. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
Ownership. ProAlign TV Mounting (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
End of Use. ProAlign TV Mounting may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. ProAlign TV Mounting does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProAlign TV Mounting's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid ProAlign TV Mounting in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold ProAlign TV Mounting harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Law and Venue. AR law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in AR.
